A business development consultant reached out looking to generate opportunites for his client - a food manufacturing company targeting small brands, offering its new flavor technology & production capabilities (R&D, small MOQ). Prospecting was difficult: not many players in the niche + hard to weed out unqualified prospects (we wanted a small subset of the giant food & bev industry).

A local cement, aggregate and ready-mix concrete supplier was looking to grow their ready-mixed concrete service. With a simple offer that focused on advantages over competitors, we reached out to local construction companies and managed to book 21 sales calls in 4 weeks.

Although unusual for hospitality—being a D2C industry— we ran this small-scale B2B campaign for a hotel that was looking to bring in more weddings to be celebrated at their venue.
To increase bookings for a 64-people wedding package, we reached out to every boutique event planning agency nearby. The number of available prospects was incredibly small (117), but instead of giving up, we saw it as an opportunity to engage more closely and personally with every prospect.
This approach resulted in a whopping 42% reply rate and 18 opportunities for the sales team to close - that is an unbelievable 15% call booking rate.
For full transparency, the offer was very unique and didn’t require upfront investment from prospects, which made it an extremely easy sell.
